Albert Stephan Aswin, S.H., M.H.

A litigator with over a decade of experience across maritime, commercial, and criminal matters, acting for Indonesian and international clients. A two-time ALB Indonesia Rising Star (2022 and 2024) and a finalist at the Indonesia Law Award 2022, he has led high-value maritime disputes and significant cross-border commercial and criminal cases, and advises corporations and conglomerates on contentious regulatory matters.

Dr. Anis Rifai, S.H., M.H.

A distinguish legal practitioner and lecturer with extensive experience in criminal litigation, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. He has advised major corporations and government entities, served as a legal expert in more than 150 proceedings, and authored a substantial body of scholarly work across his fields.
