About Us.

Aswin & Rifai is a litigation and commercial law firm in Jakarta, founded by two lawyers who have spent over a decade acting in disputes for Indonesian and international clients.

We built the firm around a straightforward idea: that clients should deal directly with the partners responsible for their matter, and that a single matter should not have to be split across firms when a commercial dispute turns criminal, or when it crosses a border.

Our work spans maritime and admiralty, commercial and civil litigation, criminal defence, and corporate matters. Much of it is cross-border. What ties it together is a commercial reading of every legal problem: we protect the client's position with judgment, not volume.
